Responsibilities include ensuring work is completed safely on schedule within budget and in compliance with plans while coordinating with inspectors developers vendors and subcontractors.Responsibilities:Manage a small amount of onsite fleet equipmentRecruit hourly trade personnelExecute Look Ahead schedulesManage craftsmen and laborers equipment and materialsLogistics planningScheduling construction daily and weeklyExecute project work plansManage crews productively and effectivelyTraining of others on the crewPurchasing of materials tools and suppliesMaintain a safe working environmentPerform quality work to meet requirementsQualifications:5 years supervising crews on heavy civil projects including bridges subgrades and concrete pavingMust have a strong commitment to jobsite safety and be diligent in demonstrating safe work practicesExperience in supervising crewExperience using HCSS Heavy Job (tablet based)OSHA 10 hr First Aid/CPR rigging flagging fall protection trench excavation and manliftMust be highly organized with an attention to detailBe an effective communicatorAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet deadlineRequirements:High School Diploma/GED or higherValid drivers licenseRequires working outdoors at times in the rain or snow and during cold warm and hot temperaturesMust be able to work on call as neededApplicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States.
