Their job is to keep the student-led discussion focused and fair. Theirs is a facilitation role during the 4 sessions per semester. Students receive group training and one-on-one meetings with the faculty to assist them with this portion of their job.Outside of the facilitation job, student moderators are required to provide Ms. Child (currently the faculty coordinator) with a reflection report for each session attended.
