Student Employee Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning at McHenry County College

WorkweekUp to 20 hours per week Schedule will vary based on the students/students.Spring semester opportunities!Position SummaryAssist in lab and classroomEssential Job Functions and Responsibilities- Clean the lab and classroom- Prepare materials for labs (equipment operation may be required)- Basic equipment maintenance and organization- Assist Faculty as required to support labs- Assemble training aids- Test student exercisesRequired Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent- Background Check- Completion of New Employee Training- Must be currently enrolled in at least 6 credit hours for Fall/Spring semester- Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above (if first semester student GPA requirement is waived)- If student qualifies for Federal Work Study the student will be hired as a Federal Work Study employee to utilize these funds- Excellent communication skills- Must be able to push or lift 50 lbs.- Ability to sit walk and stand up to 4 hoursEqual Employment OpportunityMcHenry County College declares and reaffirms a policy of equal opportunity and non-discrimination.
