Job Description

Design digital and print materials including social media graphics event posters flyers banners brochures digital signage email headers and annual reports. (40%)Collaborate on branding consistency projects; for example creating templates for print and digital media based on KUs current branding standards (20%)Occasionally help collect short video clips (using personal phone or provided camera) and depending on experience edit them into Reels Stories or simple highlight videos in Premiere Pro iMovie or similar. (15%)Update and maintain content as needed on the International Affairs website. (10%)Assist with photo shoots for magazine profiles international student events and VIP visits (scheduling lighting set-up basic editing). (10%)Other duties as assigned (resize images prepare files for print vendors archive assets etc.). Student Hourlies may be undergraduate or graduate students. (Exceptions granted for GRA/GTA/GA appointments DO NOT apply to Student Hourly appointments).Employment Conditions(1) Student employees are not eligible for remote work arrangements unless an exception is approved by the unit leadership and HR.
