Responsibilities:Program Development: Assist in the design and implementation of New Student Orientation events and sessionsCreate a timeline and step-by-step guide through CANVAS and ExcelContribute to the process of brainstorming and decision-making regarding orientation and training programsPoint of contact for all Regent faculty and resource form submissionsAssist with training and supervision of the Orientation Team (RAs CGLS and Orientation Captains)Resource for all orientation staff questionsCommunication and Marketing: Facilitate communication with all incoming students their parents and Regent offices regarding orientation programsCoordinate social media announcements and reply as neededDevelop all orientation PowerPoints for speakers and sessionsPerform basic office functions: responding to emails scheduling meeting requests with VPs and speakers and submitting event requestsProficient in Mail Merge Pro-Presenter CANVA Adobe Outlook Outlook Calendar and GoogleRequirements:Training:June 2026- (6) hour CPR training with Regent PD (date and time TBD)Position starts June 22nd 2026 and ends August 21st 2026.Orientation Week - August 17-21 2026Must have good administrative skillsMust relate well with students parents faculty and administratorsMust be mature responsible and display a willingness to assist students in transitioning to collegeMust be a currently enrolled student at Regent University in good academic conduct and financial standingMust present a professional demeanor that favorably represents the institution and departmentRequired to wear university-approved attireMust demonstrate a desire to learn about the university its regulations people programs and communityMust be involved in (2) student life or academic organizations/programsStudent Engagement Coordinators are considered Regent Representatives by assuming a student leadership role at Regent UniversityCommitment to Regents core values of Excellence Innovation and IntegrityRegent University does not discriminate in employment in its programs or activities on the basis of race color national or ethnic origin sex disability age or veteran full Non-Discrimination Policy clickhere.BenefitsNot benefits eligible#LI-DNIRequired Experience:IC Key Skills English,AXA,Immigration,Litigation Attorney,Big Data Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
