You care about the guest experience and understand the importance of a hygienic, welcoming studio. You enjoy working independently, but you’re also a team player who’s ready to jump in wherever needed.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain a spotless, organized studio environment including front desk, lobby, sauna suites, and back-of-housePerform suite turnover after each guest session: sanitize saunas, showers, and surfaces thoroughlyHandle all laundry including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels and cold compressesClean and restock all restrooms and guest amenities throughout the dayAssist with inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restock needsWork efficiently and independently, completing tasks with minimal supervisionAdhere to all safety and sanitation standards and protocolsQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSPrevious cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to follow cleaning protocols and maintain consistency in standardsComfortable working independently and as part of a teamMust be able to lift up to 25 lbs and be on your feet for extended periodsAvailability to work flexible shifts including weekends and eveningsBENEFITSPaid trainingMedical/Dental/Vision for full-time employeesFree unlimited SweatHouz membershipFriendly, wellness-focused atmosphereOpportunities for internal growth Hours: Flexible schedule; weekend availability required#PM25Requirements:Compensation details: 15-17 Hourly WagePI76befd0fae5c-25405-38925232
