The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in marketing business process optimization and design the Adobe Workfront platform and key integrations combined with strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities. The role will serve as the primary technical and business authority for Workfront but also the lead for our Content Supply chain point of view. You will:Define design and implement scalable Workfront solutions to support enterprise level workflow managementDefine Workfront solutions leveraging leading practice methods and techniquesDesign and manage integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems leveraging Workfront Fusion or other middlewaresLeverage APIs and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance user experienceEstablish our overall standards for Workfront configuration and implementationDefine and refine our estimating framework for Workfront projectsProvide thought leadership on leading capabilities and how to leverage AI as part of a Workfront solutionLead our Workfront sales processes including pipeline management and serve as the pursuit leader for key pursuitsBuild and maintain strong client relationships identifying opportunities for additional value creation and driving new business initiatives.Lead cross-functional teams and oversee the seamless execution of marketing transformation initiatives.Mentor junior team members fostering a culture of growth collaboration and innovation.Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing customer experience marketing technologies and AI.Skills and attributes for successTo thrive in this role you will need a deep insight in transformation architecture through analysis and knowledge of best practices to solve complex problems drive thought leadership and innovation. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $150400 to $343600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $180500 to $390500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and addition our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage pension and 401(k) plans and a wide range of paid time off options.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
