The part-time Studio40 Lifestyle Show Host is responsible for hosting a program conducting in-studio interview segments and participating in on-location segments as scheduled.Provide daily on camera contributions to a daily television showAssisting Executive Producer with writing show segmentsInterviewing show guests/clients both in studio and on locationCollecting information video or photos at remote locations for post-productionGreeting and assisting guests during show preparations.Researching show topics and developing questions for guests in coordination with Executive ProducerAttending daily show meetingAssisting sales on presentations including meeting with clientsParticipating in events either station-sponsored or others to promote the showMaintaining the shows social media account and assisting with all online and streaming content as directed by the ProducersRequirements & Skills: Bachelors degree in film photography television news or related field or equivalent professional experienceFive years experience preferred. Proven experience as a host or on-air personalityAbility to prioritize and address multiple projects with varying production timelinesMust be energetic positive and great in a team environmentMust be a highly motivated self-starter able to work well alone and as part of a teamExcellent communication and organizational skillsWorking knowledge of health and medical topics and/or nutrition and fitness preferredBusiness acumen a must.
