Subcontract Manager Senior (Program Execution Team)

You will be the Subcontract Manager Senior for the PAC-3 Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the overall success of the PAC-3 program by managing subcontractors and driving quality, cost, and delivery performance.

What You Will Be Doing As a SCM Senior, you will be responsible for leading subcontract management teams and coordinating with program functions to achieve technical, cost, and delivery requirements. You will work closely with the Subcontracts Operations Center to ensure program requirements are integrated into purchase orders. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead subcontract management to ensure quality, cost, and delivery performance of assigned subcontractors.
• Coordinate with program functions to achieve technical, cost, quality, and delivery requirements.
• Work closely with the Subcontracts Operations Center to ensure program requirements are integrated into purchase orders.
• Brief Lockheed Martin management on supplier performance and program status.
• Collaborate with program functions to resolve issues and drive program success.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
