This position is responsible for providing integrated substance use disorder care within a primary care setting. This is temporary position for 2 years with possible renewal in the future.Education - Associate's degree in Human Services or related field or successful completion of 90 quarter or 60 semester college credits in courses from a Washington State Department of Health approved school.Experience - One (1) year experience working with individuals with substance use disorders.Other Requirement(s) - Active, unrestricted Washington State license required. Suicide assessment, treatment, and management training required by WA State Department of Health. Bilingual language fluency preferred.
