Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Essential FunctionsFollow lesson plans provided by the absent Lead Guide to create a cohesive and consistent learning experience for all students.Manage the classroom effectively to encourage student participation, minimize distractions, and maintain a positive learning environment.Supervise students in and out of the classroom, including in the halls, on the playground, and in the cafeteria.Follow classroom and school procedures as directed by the Executive Director and Head of Operations.Communicate in a friendly and positive manner towards parents, students, and administrators.Keep records on attendance, accidents, and incidents.Ensure the utmost student safety at all times.SKILLS & ABILITIESEducation: High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required.Experience: Some childcare experience, preferred.Certifications & Licenses: CPR Certification, preferred.
