What You’ll DoAs OPS Success Coach, you’ll play a key role in providing individualized academic support aimed at increasing student persistence to graduation. This position requires a 20-25 hour per week commitment.Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for: Providing services and supports aimed at increasing student persistence to graduate via an early alert systemProviding tools, tips, and resources to empower students towards academic successAssisting students with creating time management plans for completion of academic workMeeting with students to establish goals with periodic follow-up to ensure good academic progressMaintaining regular contact with students and providing guidanceWho We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success.
