Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society.We are looking for a/anNight Shift Repair Assembly Technician to join our FEWIBU team in United States .Your main tasks and responsibilities:Clean disassemble and inspect used pumps and sub-assemblies and prepare related reports.Make minor repairs to worn parts as necessary.Rebuild used pumps and sub-assemblies to Sulzer specifications.Perform all in-process quality inspections as described in the quality plans and work instructionsMaintain short thru-put time for re-builds / repairs.Visit regional customers to promote rebuild program and to pickup and deliver assemblies as necessary.Maintain inventory of components and assemblies associated with re-build program.To succeed in this role you will need:High School Diploma/ GED required related two-year technical degree preferred;Minimum five-years experience in all aspects of the assembly of centrifugal process pumps required;Two-years welding and/or manual machining experience preferred;Ability to read blueprints with both English and Metric dimensioning required;Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills;Good written and oral communication skills;Computer skills: Microsoft Office productsWhat we offer you:Competitive Paid Time Off (3 weeks to start)12 Company Paid Holidays per yearAnnual Bonus ProgramFull Medical Dental and Vision benefitsCompany Paid Short Term and Long Term Disability Company Paid Life Insurance6% 401K or Roth Company Match with Immediate VestingCompany Paid Retirement Security Contributions following 1 year of employmentTuition Reimbursement/Educational AssistanceDo you have a question about the roleReach out to Kerry Wilt at or Hiring Manager Robert team is looking forward hearing from you!Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
