You will use your experience and education to assist our teams in some of our largest transformation efforts with a chance to make an impact on our employees our financial results and our clients.This is an ideal role for students seeking a broader role at a Global Asset Management Firm and would like to move towards working in areas such as strategy initiative planning execution and governance of large scale projects.What youll doSupporting the ETO in their cross-transformation portfolio management activities including:dependency mappingenterprise program planning / prioritization anddashboard monitoringparticipate in relevant meetings and workshops to document discussions and key insightsAssist in preparation of presentations to senior business leadersHelp ETO leadership develop business cases including financial models for newly approved transformationsProvide ideas to supplement tools and processes with innovation and new approaches and implement your own ideasUse Excel PowerPoint and other internal tools to support data analysis and project documentationAssist in the day-to-day functioning of the ETO including note taking general organizational activities meeting planning etc.What you getA Launchpad for Your Career Get ready to build real credit skills and set yourself up for a future at Invesco (and beyond).Your Own Mentor Youll be paired with a mentor whos got your back answers your questions and helps you navigate your summer.Intern Community Join a crew of fellow interns to collaborate share ideas and get to knowboth in and out of the office.Pathway to Future Opportunities Nail your internship and you could be eligible for a full-time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation!Real Experience Real Impact Work on meaningful projects learn from our team and see what its like to work at a global investment firm.Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2027Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scaleAll majors welcome with an emphasis on Finance Accounting Business Economics Data Analytics Engineering or MathematicsExperience with Microsoft Excel PPT Word & ProjectA demonstrated interest in finance or strategyMust be able to work in one of Invescos offices where the program is availableMust be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
