We influence long- term organization-wide success by providing human resources management systems structures and processes to achieve these goals.Our core functions include the following units:Talent AcquisitionTotal Rewards (Benefits/Compensation/Wellness)PayrollOrganizational DevelopmentLeave ManagementData & AnalyticsScope of AssignmentThe Organizational Development (OD) intern will work on various projects in support of the teams four key work streams:New Employee and Leader OnboardingOrganizational Culture and EngagementStaff and Leadership DevelopmentTalent and Performance ManagementQualificationsEnrollment in an accredited college or university obtaining a bachelors Masters or PhD degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology Organizational Development Training and Development Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field; Graduate students will also be considered.A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required.PreferredGraduate student (preferably second year Masters or PhD student) in Industrial Organizational Psychology Organizational Development Instructional Design Training and Development Human Resources or related field. Bachelors students equally considered.Core CompetenciesStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Strong work ethicStrong problem solving and critical thinking skillsDetail orientedProficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word Excel and PowerPoint); additional experience Tableau Power BI and/or prior experience with survey tools (Qualtrics Survey Monkey etc) a plusAbility to work independently and take ownership of projects; basic project management skills desiredThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities duties performance standards or requirements efforts skills or working conditions associated with the job.
