Job Summary We are seeking motivated individuals for a Summer Sales Internship. This role offers structured sales training, performance-based compensation, and professional development in a competitive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned residential areas
- Generate leads and acquire new customers
- Present and explain company services to homeowners
- Close sales and manage follow-ups
- Meet or exceed weekly sales goals
- Attend team meetings and ongoing sales training
- Full-time (40-60 hours per week)
- Monday-Saturday
- Seasonal summer position
- Commission-based pay + performance bonuses
- Average first-year earnings: $8,000-$35,000 for the summer
- Compensation is performance-based and not guaranteed
- Additional incentives available for high performers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation required
- Must be available for full summer schedule
- Previous sales experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience in retail, marketing, or canvassing
- Professional sales and leadership training
- Experience in direct sales and customer acquisition
- Resume-building internship experience
