Super urgent position for Scrum Master - New York (Onsite) at INTELLITECH DIGITAL INC.

Key Responsibilities Scrum & Agile Facilitation Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure the Scrum framework is implemented effectively and consistently. Support the Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and planning. Team Support & Coaching Coach the team in Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous delivery. Identify and remove impediments to help the team achieve Sprint goals. Foster a collaborative and transparent environment for high-performing teams. Continuous Improvement Measure team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, lead time, etc.). Encourage experimentation and help teams adopt best practices. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to strengthen Agile capabilities. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment. Communicate team progress, risks, and dependencies clearly. Protect the team from external interruptions or scope creep. Requirements Must Have 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment. Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks. Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution skills. Experience working with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello. Ability to manage multiple teams or mid-complexity projects. Preferred Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent). Experience working in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment. Background in software development or technical teams (a plus). Knowledge of Agile metrics and reporting dashboards. Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
