Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, and with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specifications. Create, maintain critical path method (CPM) construction schedule and site logistics plan. Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary. Manage all trade scopes of work. Manage self-performed work scopes with company labor. Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, building engineers, and inspectors. Supervise completion of punch lists. Promote job site safety, encourage safe work practices, a clean jobsite, and rectify job site hazards immediately. Qualifications: High School Diploma (any additional experience a plus) 5+ years of commercial construction experience at a General Contractor A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent supervising project teams Extensive experience with high-end/technical tenant improvement projects (life science, advanced technology, and corporate office/campus experience strongly preferred) In-depth knowledge of the construction process, including scheduling, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc. Market and safety certifications as appropriate.
