The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. The Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed according to design, budget, and schedule. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned construction professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and schedule. Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors, maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient job site. Implement and enforce the company's safety policies and OSHA compliance, promoting a culture of safety among crew members. Coordinate and schedule all construction activities, ensuring efficient use of resources. Manage material coordination, ensuring materials arrive on time and are properly stored and accounted for. Monitor work quality, addressing any issues promptly and effectively. Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications and expectations are met. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project progress reports, safety records, and quality control data. Utilize project management software and technology to track project progress and report data accurately. Handle any on-site issues or emergencies in a timely and effective manner. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction superintendent role, preferably in the data center sector. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA regulations. Certification in OSHA 30 and experience in field supervision. Demonstrated ability in safety leadership, scheduling & coordination, quality control, material coordination. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders. Proficient in project management software and technology. Ability to handle high-stress situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of physical fitness and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
