Position: Superintendent Location: North Carolina (Charlotte to Raleigh typically) Company: General Contractor Responsibilities: The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction operations for commercial projects. This person will work closely with construction employees and subcontractors, as well as with clients, to ensure jobs are completed up to standards and on-time. The Superintendent will work with the entire team to communicate effectively with vendors, sub contractors, project managers and everyone involved in the project they are assigned to. This person will be responsible for ensuring necessary materials are on hand and projects stay within budget as well This is a great opportunity with a growing company in North Carolina for someone looking to work within a few hours of home long-term!
