Assess the skills and progress of each child using observations assessment tools and activity records. Create a positive and constructive relationship with parents and families. Train and supervise staff providing guidance and coaching as needed.QualificationsAssociates degree in child development early childhood education or a related field required Bachelors degree preferred.Two years experience in childcare and instruction and/or supervisory responsibilities required.
