Job DescriptionSupervisor Commercial Property ClaimsJob SummarySeeking a highly skilled and motivated Supervisor Commercial Property Claims to join a Commercial Claims department. The successful candidate will oversee a team of commercial property claims adjusters manage claims and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.Compensation PackageSalary range: $90K-$125K (depending on experience)Medical Dental and Vision insurance.Company-paid life insurance.401(k) plan with employer match.ResponsibilitiesSupervise a team of commercial property claims adjusters ensuring effective claims adjusting litigation and case management.Manage a caseload of claims and conduct audits to ensure compliance with company standards.Prepare and participate in claim reviews and assist with training new and existing employees.Review claims settlements and liability denials for accuracy content and compliance.Collaborate with management to hire train motivate supervise and mentor adjusters.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting claims.Promote excellent customer service and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders including attorneys investigators policyholders agents and providers.Demonstrate proficiency in applying claims and state auditing standards.Qualifications/RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of insurance industry designations.A minimum of five years of commercial property claims adjusting experience.Supervisory experience is preferred.Advanced knowledge of relevant claims statutes and case law.Thorough understanding of handling complex litigated claims.Strong knowledge of claims-related terminology.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Strong organizational time management and decision-making abilities.#LI-RG1Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Arabic Speaking,Internet Marketing,Advocacy,Baking,Client Services Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
