Join us for a rewarding career in the aviation industry!BECOME A SUPERVISOR!The Supervisor for Aircraft Cleaning and Wheelchair Operations is responsible for supervising both the cleaning of aircraft interiors and wheelchair services at the airport. Responsibilities include training and leading teams ensuring compliance with sanitation safety and quality standards inspecting cleaned aircraft managing supplies and coordinating with airline and airport departments. The role focuses on delivering quality services for passengers with mobility challenges resolving complex issues and ensuring passenger satisfaction and regulatory compliance.WHAT ITS LIKE TO WORK AS A SUPERVISORManage and supervise the daily operations and activities of both aircraft cleaners and wheelchair service teamsVerify all procedures adhere to aviation standards safety regulations and ADA complianceEnsure efficient scheduling and deployment of staff across various airport terminalsTrain new staff in cleaning procedures wheelchair handling and customer service excellenceInspect aircraft cabins for cleanliness and report any maintenance issuesManage the inventory of cleaning supplies equipment and mobility aids ensuring adequate stocks and proper functioningLiaise with airline representatives airport staff and other relevant parties for service requirementsProvide feedback and performance evaluations for team membersRespond to emergency situations and coordinate emergency response procedures when necessaryEmploy problem-solving abilities for issue resolution and continuous improvementMaintain records of cleaning activities schedules and service operationsDemonstrate leadership and provide guidance to all team membersFoster a positive work environment promoting teamwork and professional developmentMonitor safety protocols and guidelines in all service areasOversee the maintenance availability and proper functioning of all equipment and suppliesCollaborate with airport authorities to coordinate seamless service deliveryExceed customer service and safety standards set by PrimeFlightWorking under pressure to meet internal and external targets or deadlinesPrepare and analyze reports on operational statistics productivity and service efficiencyExceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standardsMay be assigned other duties as requiredQUALIFICATIONS 18 years of age or olderEligible to work in the United StatesMust have a valid state-issued drivers license with an acceptable driving recordAbility to read write speak and understand the English language to include documentsAbility to use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets Computers and Mobile DevicesEffectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and through electronic meansEffective leadership and communication skillsProven ability to supervise teams effectively and handle challenging situations Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory position1 year of cleaning/wheelchair experienceEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA TSA Port Authority U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)Ability to work any day/shift including holidays within a 24/7 operationPHYSICAL ACTIVITY/WORKING CONDITIONS MAY INCLUDE:Ability to lift up to 70 poundsProlonged standing and walking in an indoor/outdoor environment as applicableMust be able to push pullMust be able to reach with arms and grasp with handsExposure to Biohazards and/or Chemicals Must be able to bend stretch squat and kneelMust be able to crawl and crouch at times in confined tight spaces Exposure to moderate and at times high noise levelsBe able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarmsTasks may involve repetitive motions of the arms wrists hands and/or fingersSpecific vision abilities required for this job include: Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); distance vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); peripheral vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); depth perception (three-dimensional vision ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)Airlines are 24/7 so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
