Sign-On Bonus Available Relocation Assistance Available Receive 17% Weekday Nights, 26% Weekend Nights and 15% Weekend Day shift differentials Radiology Administration - SRMC Full Time Shift: Rotating Under the direction of the Radiology Department Director, coordinate operations and supervise staff assigned to Radiology CT. Oversee administrative, fiscal and human resources management activities within assigned area. Ensure adherence to Hospitals and departmental policies, procedures, and regulations. Patient care assignment may include neonate, pediatric, adult and geriatric age groups. SUPERVISION - Develop efficient organizational structure. ASSIGNMENT - Designate shift and schedule assignments; assign and monitor shift responsibilities * MONITOR - Monitor image quality to ensure accuracy; POLICY & PROCEDURE - Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures; COMPLIANCE - Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and University Hospitals' policies and procedures * QUALITY - Participate in continuous quality improvement activities by evaluating patient care systems that may include standards, protocols, and documentation * MAINTENANCE - Perform routine preventive maintenance procedures on equipment, ensure equipment is cleaned daily; COORDINATION - Serve as liaison for assigned area; demonstrate the UNMH Standards of Performance * PATIENT SAFETY 1 - Follow patient safety-related policies, procedures and protocols * PATIENT SAFETY 2 - Demonstrate proactive approach to patient safety by seeking opportunities to improve patient safety through questioning of current policies and processes * PATIENT SAFETY 3 - Identify and report/correct environmental conditions and/or situations that may put a patient at undue risk * PATIENT SAFETY 4 - Report potential or actual patient safety concerns, medical errors and/or near misses in a timely manner * Program Graduate Bachelor's Degree NM Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Program Lic NMMIRTP Quality Assurance Registry by ARRT Med Haz: Mod exposure to chemicals/dangerous equip/materials * May work rotating shifts, holidays and weekends * Tuberculosis testing is completed upon hire and additionally as required
