The unit cares for highly complex patients including neuro/TBI/stroke spinal cord injuries trauma and complex post-surgical cases. The Nursing Supervisor under the direction of unit leadership oversees and coordinates unit activities and personnel to ensure high-quality cost-effective patient care. Responsibilities include planning organizing and controlling departmental functions while adhering to nursing administration standards of practice.
