DescriptionWe are searching for a Supervisor Care Coordination BH- Someone who supervises Behavioral Health front line staff by directing the activities for the team. Handles customer concerns and issues that require a high degree of appropriate knowledge creativity research and communication with internal and external resources. To assist with the management of incoming call traffic. To ensure resources are utilized efficiently in accordance with program objectives key performance indicators and in ways that consistently promote customer quality and satisfaction. To lessen the probability of customer complaints by managing problems referred by Member Service Representatives or other staff.Think youve got what it takesQualifications:LCSW - Lic Clinical Social Worker Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council requiredLMSW - Licensed Master Social Worker Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council required1 year Managed care experience required3 years Behavioral health experience requiredResponsibilities:Supports the Behavioral Health care management population health and/or behavioral health daily operations.Conducts initial and on-going system training for Behavioral Health Case Management staffParticipates in quality initiatives and performance management in support of Behavioral Health.Supervision of daily operations.Assesses develops implements and monitors a comprehensive plan of care through an interdisciplinary team process in conjunction with the member/family in internal and external settings.Performs all necessary communication and documentation functions.Collaborates with community health education/outreach organizations and providers to provide for the overall health promotion of TCHP members.Conducts provider and member education activities.Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Shipping & Receiving,Microsoft Office,Customer Service,Freight Experience,Transportation Management Systems,EDI,Microsoft Outlook,Supply Chain Experience,Dispatching,Microsoft Excel,Logistics,3PL Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
