You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.A Brief Overview This role will lead a dedicated team in maximizing the adoption and value realization of our platform solutions. They play a key role in bridging the gap between product development and customer success ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes and have a seamless experience. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing a customer-centric strategy coaching and mentoring their team and ensuring our platform solutions deliver exceptional value throughout the customer lifecycle.What you will doPartner with the management to help drive creative compliant and customer-focused solutions. Escalation Point for internal and external client related matters.Responsible for hiring training coaching performance management and talent development of direct reports.Recommend strategies to deliver on the improvements including influencing the annual business roadmap. Present findings to business leaders providing recommendations to improve the customer experience business operations and efficiency in cross functional processes.Coordinate the development and management of the annual process improvement roadmap for the assigned team including obtaining and managing commitments of cross-functional partners.Identify create and facilitate process changes by conducting business and systems process analysis. Develop and execute project plans of overall process improvement activities including scope goals results tasks assignments due dates dependencies anticipated needs and accomplishments.Identify needs through multiple channels including data and direct observation and identifying initiating projects.Partner with manager to communicate team process & organizational updates.Assist in the enforcing of SOX controls related to internal processes.Assist with department training including providing quick reference tools and coordination with training team to implement new initiatives.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation QualificationsBachelors Degree preferredExperience QualificationsTypically 3 years Payroll PEO preferredSkills and AbilitiesExcellent customer service skills.Solid knowledge in payroll processes.Ability to maintain strong level of confidentiality.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to independently resolve issues.Strong analytical problem solving conflict resolution and documentation skills.Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing and deadline-driven business and work environment while managing multiple priorities.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business and project goals.Ability to read analyze and interpret payroll data.Proficient with Microsoft Suite or related software.Travel Requirements MinimalWork EnvironmentWork in clean pleasant and comfortable office or home setting. All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role based in Atlanta. All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the companys discretion.
