Supplier Quality Engineer at Genesis10

Genesis10 is seeking a Quality Engineer (AQE) for a 6-month contract position with a client located in Milwaukee, WI. This role is onsite. Summary: The Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting and facilitating the quality system across all company processes to drive continuous improvement in quality performance and customer satisfaction. This role partners closely with multiple departments to ensure alignment with company quality objectives, and supports operations by providing procedures, practices, and information needed to meet quality targets while optimizing productivity. Responsibilities: Assist in directing and managing the implementation of the quality plan as defined by quality management. Facilitate the development of Quality Systems to ensure consistent inspection and testing practices that support company objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in the development, maintenance, and reporting of quality measurements and analysis. Evaluate the adequacy and accuracy of quality standards; coordinate the development of new standards when none exist. Perform special assignments as needed to support quality initiatives. Promote and support quality activities across manufacturing and support functions to ensure company objectives are achieved. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. 1+ years of experience in a quality, engineering, or related environment. Six Sigma certification. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
