A typical supply chain analyst is responsible for reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules and compiling reports on inventory levels, cost, etc.Responsibilities:Weekly store item level inventory forecasting, allocation, and replenishment (PO/STO creation) in the Global ERP system (SAP). Ensuring the Direct to Consumer Retail Team complies with all company-directed forecasting goals and minimizing stockouts at the store levelCreate and manage a new store/item level rolling weekly forecast process for upload into the Global ERP systemProactively tracking and responding to inventory-related issues with the various product teams. Including- Short shipments, delivery timing, and product launch trackingBuild and maintain an item file to include all retail team part numbers for all items in inventoryWeekly CPFR meetings with internal product teams to align on inventory forecasting, replenishment, and the weekly open order reportUpdate, manage, and communicate the weekly shipping report to cross-functional departmentsPartner with stores weekly to address any damaged inventory with appropriate internal teams.
