Youll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.Youll play a key role in driving the success of Alstoms supply chain operations ensuring alignment with Quality Cost Delivery and Environmental (QCDE) principles while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business including manufacturing planning and warehousing to optimize physical and system flows monitor key performance indicators and support the deployment of Alstoms Transport Production System (APSYS). Youll also oversee the implementation and effective use of our ERP solution and manage the supply chain budget to achieve company goals.Well look to you for:Preparing and following up on the supply chain budgetDeploying supply chain strategy on-site using standard processesAnimating performance KPIs to ensure operational excellenceSupporting projects to achieve Quality Cost and Delay (QCD) commitmentsEnsuring employees operate in an environment that complies with company Health Safety and Environmental policiesOptimizing warehousing packaging and physical flow according to Lean Manufacturing and QCDE principlesMonitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators such as inventory accuracy and cycle counting performanceActively participating in all aspects of safety including reporting near misses and conducting safety meetings.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
