As a Warehouse Associate in IDEXXs Westbrook distribution center you may perform a variety of tasks including receiving our products and picking packing loading and shipping our products to national customers and distribution centers. You will ensure the accuracy of documentation and shipments and troubleshoot and resolve issues as required while maintaining a clean orderly and safe warehouse andenvironment.Exceeding customer expectations is one of our guiding principles at IDEXX. IDEXXs Worldwide Operations Team works to meet this challenge each day with a global network of distribution hubs and a focus on efficiency regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.Shift Information - 1st Shift - Monday - Friday - 7:30am - 4:00pmThis position is eligible for a $1 pay differential for driving a forklift once certified through our in-house training program!Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspect and unload inbound freight using PIT equipment.Receive raw materials as well as finished goods into inventory using SAP software and RF handheld scanner.Prepares shipments for inter-plant transfers.Maintains a clean orderly and safe warehouse and environmentInvestigate and resolve inventory inaccuracies and provide root cause analysis and recommendations for corrective actionsSupports inventory processes solutions and strategies for the continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and order fulfillment quality; includes cycle counts data entry tracking reconciling documenting and reportingMoves and stores equipment raw materials and inventory for internal customersSupports instrument repair process including daily and routine shipping and receiving.Complete IDEXX-provided PIT training and maintain operators certification.EducationA high school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
