Supply Chain Associate (Forklift Certified) at Idexx

As a Supply Chain Associate you will play a key role in our International Bulk Department by ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Youll be responsible for picking packing loading and shipping products to national and international customers and distribution centers. This position requires strong attention to detail efficiency and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PMWhat You Can Expect in This RoleWork in a fast-paced warehouse environment with tight turnaround times.Pick pack and load customer orders with precision and care.Operate warehouse equipment such as order pickers walkie dock stockers and reach trucks (training provided; preferred).Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.Maintain accurate shipping documentation and records using SAP.Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean organized workspace.Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping goals and deliver excellent customer service.What You Need to SucceedHigh School diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics or supply chain preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Basic computer skills and comfort with email communication; experience with SAP preferred.Prior warehouse or distribution experience highly preferred.Forklift experience and RF scanner experience.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Ability to operate in cooler and freezer temperatures.Detail-oriented measured careful and highly accurate.Motivated and action-oriented.Benefits: Enjoy a strong work-life balance in a safe modern environmentCompensation: $20/hr plus additional $1/hr after forklift certificationPaid Time Off and competitive benefits401K MatchingDiscounted Stock PurchasingYearly Merit Increases & BonusPhysical Demands:Ability to stand for extended periods (2 hours) sit and perform frequent computer and phone use.Extensive sitting standing and computer work throughout the day.Ability to extend and reach with hands and arms and use hands and fingers for handling materials and equipment.Occasionally required to climb balance bend stoop kneel or crouch.Occasional lifting moving and carrying of items up to 5070 lbs.Specific vision requirements include close-range vision color perception depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.Fluency in the English language for verbal and written communication.Some travel may be required.May work near exposed moving electro-mechanical parts and must use proper protective equipment as needed.May work for periods of time in cold room environments at 41F or below.Why IDEXXWere proud of the work we do because our work matters.
