HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.Job Title: Supply Chain AnalystPosition Type: Full-time with HCLTechLocation: Milwaukee, WIRole/Responsibilities Excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust work with a minimal technical supervision and supplemental engineering support, while responding efficiently to multiple program prioritiesExperience in floating RFQ and RFI to suppliers, RFQ analysis and Price finalization based on market priceMust have experience in sourcing tool and award scenario creationStrong in evaluating supplier costs, solicits competitive bids and quotationsKnowledge about market operating price for various manufacturing commodityStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsGood understanding of cost drivers & process drivers of a given commodity parts/sub-assemblyNegotiate cost down, Trade working capital improvements with suppliersMin. 5 years of experience in a strategic sourcing role and Strategy developmentCapability to interface with senior leadership across regions both internally & externally In depth understanding of purchasing tools and practices Strong costing and analytical skills Working knowledge of the industry and market conditionsStrong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniquesGood experience working in the procurement department in a related fieldAct as a point of contact between the company and suppliersWork closely with Procurement, Engineering and Plant buyers to enable supplier provided savings opportunitiesReport out various saving opportunities provided by suppliers to senior managementStrong MS Office skills and PDM/PLM toolsProgram governance and Dashboarding for Senior leadershipWillingness to travel to customer/supplier sites on need basis.Pay and BenefitsPay Range Minimum: $ 34.46 per hourPay Range Maximum: $40 per hourHCL is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
