• Schedule: Rotating - 08 Hour, Start time will range from 12pm to 2pm.
• Location: Hayward, CA

Education Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED Equivalent

Experience Qualifications:

• Min 1-2 years Customer service experience in a high-volume environment
• Data entry and record maintenance experience
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
• Medical supply knowledge

Required Knowledge and Skills: 

• Ability to answer moderately complex questions, direct calls, and obtain information from several sources
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to establish positive, customer oriented working relationships with a variety of professional, technical and non-technical staff and clients
• Knowledge of accounts payable terminology
• Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as the central intake point for supply chain requests received via phone, portal, email, and walk-up interactions
• Capture and document customer requests accurately to support fulfillment and reporting
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and clinical teams to ensure timely resolution of supply requests
• Perform inventory checks and submit stock requests through Workday
• Answer incoming calls and emails regarding supply chain and accounts payable inquiries
• Route inquiries to appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate records through data entry and system documentation
• Support vendor statement reconciliations and invoice processing activities
• Scan, sort, file, and retrieve documents as needed
• Maintain departmental supplies and support daily operational activities
• Troubleshoot customer needs and provide exceptional service to clinical and non-clinical staff
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to resolve issues and support operational goals
