JOB DESCRIPTION

Supply Chain Fulfillment Manager

As the Supply Chain Fulfillment Manager, you will support the execution of initiatives that advance Best Buy's fulfillment and enterprise strategies. You'll create visibility, structure, and coordination across complex cross-functional programs while helping teams deliver results at speed. The successful candidate brings strong analytical thinking, program management expertise, and the ability to influence across teams and stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to shape strategic supply chain initiatives and drive meaningful business outcomes. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you'll do:

  • Support execution of supply chain strategies and key business initiatives.
  • Partner across teams to define business needs and deliver solutions.
  • Monitor program timelines, risks, and issue resolution.
  • Analyze data to develop insights and support decision-making.
  • Lead program reviews, stakeholder communications, and reporting rhythms.

Basic qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, retail operations, or related field.
  • 2 years of program/project management, consulting, or similar experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience in supply chain, retail, operations, or related field.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to build governance structures and executive communications.
  • Knowledge of fulfillment, transportation, delivery, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience developing strategy, success metrics, and adoption plans.
