Key Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs. Manage all procurement activities including supplier selection negotiation and contract management for raw materials and components. Oversee inventory management across the manufacturing process ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste. Lead demand planning and production scheduling to align manufacturing output with sales forecasts and customer orders. Optimize logistics and warehousing operations for inbound materials and outbound finished goods. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance using key metrics implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the supply chain. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience (5 years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning software. Demonstrated expertise in inventory management demand forecasting and procurement strategies. Strong leadership negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills. Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau). Experience with sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
