Key Responsibilities Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost efficiency and quality in manufacturing operations. Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier selection negotiation and contract management for raw materials and components. Oversee inventory management across raw materials work-in-progress and finished goods to minimize holding costs while ensuring production continuity. Lead demand forecasting and supply planning activities to align production schedules with customer orders and market trends. Optimize logistics and warehousing operations including inbound freight internal material flow and outbound distribution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency reduce waste and implement best practices. Mitigate supply chain risks such as supplier disruptions material shortages and geopolitical impacts to ensure business continuity. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience (5 years) in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or a related field. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and supply chain planning software. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes inventory control and logistics operations. Excellent leadership negotiation and cross-functional communication skills. Demonstrated ability to optimize supply chain processes and drive cost efficiencies.
