As we scale rapidlyfrom prototyping to full-scale productionwere looking for a Supply Chain Manager who can build and optimize the processes that ensure our robots get delivered on time on budget and at world-class quality.About the RoleAs our Supply Chain Manager you will own the end-to-end supply chain for our robotics hardwarefrom sourcing components and managing suppliers to forecasting demand driving cost efficiencies and ensuring a resilient supply network. Youll work cross-functionally with Engineering Manufacturing Finance and Operations to support both rapid iteration and predictable production.This is a high-impact role where youll shape the supply chain foundation of a company entering a major scaling phase.Were looking for someone based on Long Island or the NYC area who can be on-site at our Glen Cove NY factory.What Youll Do:Develop and manage the end-to-end supply chain strategy for hardware components and assemblies including insourcing and onshoringIdentify qualify and negotiate with vendors to secure high-quality parts at competitive costsBuild strategic supplier relationships ensuring performance reliability and long-term partnershipCreate and maintain accurate demand forecasts inventory plans and production schedulesManage purchase orders lead times and inventory levels to support on-time buildsCollaborate closely with Engineering to support new product introduction (NPI) and design-for-manufacturabilityTrack and report supply chain KPIs (cost on-time delivery supplier performance risk etc.)Implement tools and processes that scale with the companys growthProactively manage supply chain risks bottlenecks shortages and quality issuesDrive continuous improvement cost reduction initiatives and operational efficiencyBuild manage and grow supply chain team to support fast growing manufacturing environmentWhat Were Looking For:5 years of supply chain sourcing or operations experience ideally in hardware robotics automotive or similar industriesDeep understanding of supply chain best practices procurement vendor management and forecastingExperience managing complex BOMs and hardware component lifecyclesStrong negotiator with a track record of building resilient supplier networksExcellent organizational and analytical skills; comfortable using data to drive decisionsComfortable operating in a fast-paced dynamic startup environmentBonus: Experience with robotics systems electro-mechanical assemblies or manufacturing scale-upWhy Youll Love Working HereOpportunity to own a critical function in a company entering a major growth phaseWork alongside world-class roboticists engineers and operatorsFast-moving environment with autonomy and real impactCompetitive salary equity and benefitsCareer growth as we scale including cross-functional exposure and opportunities to take on new responsibilitiesCompensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this role is $135000 to $170000. We are open to a variety of seniority levels for this role and will build compensation packages that are commensurate with seniority and skill level. Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at Standard Bots. All Full-Time Employees are eligible for Employee Stock Options.
