Our internship program will provide you the opportunity to work on real-world projects, as well as network with people at Harmony through various events and activities. Summary of Internship: This position will work on the Supply Chain Operations team at Harmony. Supply Chain Operations is responsible for:Operational general oversight, supply, and manufacturing coordination involving drug substance and drug product contractors, and direct oversight of packaging and distribution operations. Execute Commercial Supply and Development activities and manage day-to-day transportation and logistics for Harmony to ensure uninterrupted supply of pharmaceutical drug products of the highest quality for our patients.Ensure documentation completeness and accuracy to meet regulatory/industry standard (SEC/GAAP, FDA, US Customs) requirements. This internship will work on one or more projects in the areas of: Operational ManagementThis position will be responsible for:Support routine gathering and publishing of related supply chain inventory to support stated operational goals.Support shipping, import and logistics-related activities by ensuring documentation accuracy and proper filing.Support routine gathering and proper filing of manufacturing-related data.Support Harmony Supply Chain related project teams including alternate site an supplier qualifications. There may also be other projects and initiatives within the team that may require support. Requirements: Minimum age for all candidates must be at least 18 years or older Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university as a rising sophomore, junior or senior, Supply Chain or Engineering-related major preferred.Must be proficient in use of MS Excel, MS SharePoint/TeamsDemonstrated interpersonal skills including flexibility, collaboration and inclusion skills, and ability to work in a team environmentCandidates must have strong written and verbal communication skillsPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIORNMENT:While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision.Manual dexterity required to use computers, tablets, and cell phone.Continuous sitting for prolonged periods.#LI-DNI
