Job SummaryThe Supply Chain Planning & Order Management analyst is responsible for managingongoing supply chain operations to support imported vehicles entering the NA market. Thisrole ensures accurate planning and order management proactive suppliercommunication and inventory optimization to support successful vehicle launches andsustained business performance.Duties and Responsibilities Manage day-to-day planning and order management activities for new andlegacy vehicle programs. Ensure accurate demand planning order allocation and fulfillment inalignment with established strategies. Serve as the primary contact for suppliers regarding past-due orders VOR(Vehicle Off Road) and BOR (Back Order) situations. Expedite critical parts and resolve shortages to minimize downtime andcustomer impact. Maintain escalation protocols for urgent supply issues. Track and report KPIs such as order accuracy lead times inventory turns andservice levels. Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions promptly. Act as liaison between regional teams logistics providers and customerservice. Facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution across stakeholders. Ensure adherence to global supply chain policies regional regulations andquality standards. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for audits and performancereviews. Support change management during new vehicle introductions and transitions. Qualifications Bachelors degree in supply chain management Business or related field. 4 years of experience in supply chain operations planning or ordermanagement. Strong leadership and management skills. Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools.
