Join the Aeronautics Company as a Subcontract Management Sr. You will manage overall supplier contracts, schedules, and performance. The role involves managing procurement activities for assigned supplier accounts within the Global Supply Chain Airframe Organization. Lead activities including preparing requests for proposals, evaluating subcontractor proposals, developing cost/price analysis, negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, and communicate across multi-functions and multi-level platforms. Some domestic travel will be required for this position. Must be a US Citizen for this position. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. 50% on site, Wed & Thurs. FTW

Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university. 5+ years of professional experience. Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR). Experience with multiple tasks with competing priorities. Demonstrated sense of urgency, self-motivated. Experience and understanding of Subcontract Program Management (SPM) best practices and tools. Solid subcontract management. Experience negotiating terms & conditions, and pricing. Complex problem solving skills. Excellent business acumen and ability to make business based decisions. Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry. Ability to engage supplier senior executives as necessary to resolve issues. Emerging Project/Program Management skills. Experience coaching and mentoring other less experienced personnel. Previous international procurement experience.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
