Shift: M-F 8-5

What's a typical day as Supply Chain Technician? You'll be:

• Responding to service tickets and requests by adding vendors in the enterprise database, ensuring information is verified with proper documentation and approvals
• Maintaining and updating vendor master information based on incoming service requests
• Conducting screenings and validations as required or upon request
• Communicating critical information to stakeholders regarding supplier status, such as bankruptcy and debarment
• Compiling and sending monthly reports to stakeholders about vendor activity
• Assisting with process improvement initiatives and other special projects as assigned
• Referencing written work instructions for daily job activities

• Have experience in material handling, supply chain, or vendor management (must have)
• Are detail-oriented and able to follow written work instructions accurately (must have)
• Possess strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement (must have)
• Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently (preferred)
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment (preferred)
• Can commit to a full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm schedule (must have)
