Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRobert Half Management Resources is currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisitions Manager to oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes for a higher education client northeast of Columbus. This is an interim (contract) position, with potential for contract to hire. This role will manage a small team and handle approximately 20 active job postings at any given time. Job postings will be a variety of different positions, including hourly and salaried roles. The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with Workday systems. This role is based 100% onsite at the client's location northeast of Columbus, OH.Responsibilities:• Lead and manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for approximately 20 open positions.• Oversee and mentor a team of two HR professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.• Utilize Workday HRIS and HCM systems to manage recruitment workflows and ensure accurate data tracking.• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet organizational hiring goals.• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align hiring efforts accordingly.• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.• Maintain organized records of hiring activities and provide regular updates to leadership.• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices.• Act as a point of contact for candidates, fostering a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.• Proven expertise in managing recruitment processes using Workday HRIS and HCM systems.• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring team members.• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail in handling multiple job postings and deadlines.• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with stakeholders and candidates.• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards in recruitment practices.• Previous experience in higher education hiring processes is a plus.
