Answers telephone disseminates information assists in payroll processing and ordering supplies. Prepares correspondence reports memorandums minutes and forms. Maintains internal personnel files in an orderly manner and regularly updates them for internal Department use.Essential Functions:Accurately inputs data into databases and identifies errors promptly. (50%)Answers Department phone lines in a timely courteous manner and routes calls appropriately or takes accurate messages (15%)Maintains records and files which supports database. (15%)Processes requests for records and files (15%)Prepares invoices as needed.
