We are looking for Supported Living Manager whodemonstratesthismission and wants to work for an organization thatmakes a differencein the community.Whatyou willbe doingDaily oversight of services and programmatic needs as directed by Director.Clinical supervision if assignedFacilitate team meetings Coordination of intake clients assignment to staff.Therapy/Counseling to a small caseload of clients if assigned.Key contributor to the Behavioral Health team and the agencyMaintain excellent and punctual attendanceProvide clinical supervision to designated staff if assignedEnsure that staff documentation is timely and up to dateAssist in the development and implementation of the quarterly Group Services scheduleComplete staff evaluations on a timely basisAssure clients are assigned and begin services on a timely basis Provide effective individual couples family and group counseling for a small caseloadComplete all required documentation on timeProvide client services as medically necessaryMeet minimum service hour provision productivity standardsAcquire and maintain required certifications and trainings.Maintain client files according to agency policyAbide by AIDs Code of Ethics policies and proceduresEnsure programs are meeting requirements of all certifying bodiesMaximize the percentage of clients who are approved for authorizations and reauthorizations as neededMaintain professional judgment and performance regardless of personal issuesEmployee promotes awareness and respect for the diversity of our clients employees families and other stakeholders.What will weprovideFull Timeemployees.$1000 sign on bonus for full-time21Days of Paid Time Off plus10Paid HolidaysPaid trainingTuition reimbursementBenefitsincludingMedicalDental VisionLife STD LTD Critical Illness and accidentinsurance401K with a 3.5% company contributionafter one year.
