Learn more at.DescriptionThe Senior Surety Client Manager supports Producers and Account Executives in all prospecting and account management initiatives related to surety and insurance clients accounts with surety needs within in a small team environment.Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.The RoleManage day-to-day needs for clients including bond requests billing issues bond reportsResponsible for requesting periodic informational updates analyzing them and then communicating data to underwritersResponds to clients needs and questions relating to account bond program project limits and specific project opportunitiesCommunicates with underwriters on status of account or individual bond approvalsIssues original bonds as neededWorks with the surety team to develop appropriate carrier submissions and may present final proposals to prospectsGather information from prospective clients completing high level bond reviews and assisting in the resolve of carrier and client accounting billing and collections issuesDemonstrate ability to effectively communicate with internal and external clients/peers/suretiesSupport other surety staff as needed or assignedAttend client meetings as requiredQualificationsThe RequirementsP&C licensedMinimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in a Surety environmentInsurance related and other professional designations highly desirablePossesses effective verbal and written communication skillsPossesses excellent interpersonal skillsQualified candidates will be those who demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills strong time management teamwork and prioritization skills and highly effective customer service capabilitiesAbility to handle multiple priorities using sound judgment and resourcefulness in a fast-paced environmentStrong decision-making capabilitiesMust be results orientedAbility to provide superior customer service to the client and the suretiesStrong organizational skills in prioritizing duties and multi-tasking with the ability to consistently meet deadlinesAbility to learn and utilize EPICWillingness to participate in surety industry eventsIndependently carry out specific assignments and tasksThis position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.Company BenefitsWTW provides a competitive benefit package which includes the following (eligibility requirements apply):Health and Welfare Benefits: Medical (including prescription coverage) Dental Vision Health Savings Account Commuter Account Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts Group Accident Group Critical Illness Life Insurance AD&D Group Legal Identify Theft Protection Wellbeing Program and Work/Life Resources (including Employee Assistance Program)Leave Benefits: Paid Holidays Annual Paid Time Off (includes state/local paid leave where required) Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability Other Leaves (e.g. Bereavement FMLA ADA Jury Duty Military Leave and Parental and Adoption Leave) Paid Time Off (only included for Washington roles)Retirement Benefits: Qualified contributory pension plan (if eligible) and 401(k) plan with annual nonelective company contribution.
