This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in the continued development and expansion of a thriving multidisciplinary Oncology Program within one of Ohio s largest healthcare systems.As a dedicated breast surgeon, you will have the support, mentorship, and robust clinical infrastructure to provide high-quality care to the Northwest Ohio community. Mercy Health is committed to building a strong and sustainable breast surgery program rooted in collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Position Highlights:Outpatient Focused Practice: Provide comprehensive breast surgical care in a well-established ambulatory oncology setting, including in-person and virtual visits.Surgical Expertise: Perform outpatient and inpatient breast procedures, surgeries, and inpatient rounding.Consultative Services: Provide inpatient consultations and participate in post-operative call coverage as needed (low call burden).Education & Teaching: Actively engage in resident education through didactics, clinical instruction, rounding, and journal clubs.
