General Surgeon - Gillette, WY Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)Shifts: Days (Mon - Fri)Healthcare Setting: Multispecialty Medical CenterResponsibilities:• Perform a wide range of general surgical procedures (routine to complex)• Provide endoscopic services including EGD and colonoscopy• Conduct pre-op evaluations and create personalized surgical plans• Deliver post-operative care and ensure thorough follow-up• Participate in a manageable, shared call rotation• Collaborate with physicians and departments to ensure coordinated patient care• Develop lasting relationships within a supportive and close-knit communityQualifications:• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution• Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency program• Board Certification or Eligibility in General Surgery• Proficiency in both general surgical and endoscopic procedures• Active or eligible for medical licensure in Wyoming• Current surgical case logs and credentials per facility standardsBenefits:• $130,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid within the first 30 days)• Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance• Generous Paid Time Off• $5,000 Annual CME Allowance + 5 CME Days• 401(k) Retirement Plan with Employer Match• Access to Advanced Surgical Suites & Technology
