Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Opportunity Green Bay, WI - Full-time, permanent position - Employed opportunity - H1 & J1 Visa SponsorshipOpportunity Overview A healthcare system in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a BC/BE Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgeon to join its growing Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in both cardiac and non-cardiac thoracic surgery, with a passion for leading a multifaceted service line through innovation and growth. Practice Details Join a team of 3 experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons (2 full-time, 1 part-time) Broad-spectrum cardiac and general thoracic community practice Multi-hospital shared weekend call schedule Collaborative care team including: - 5 seasoned Advanced Practice Clinicians - 1 Registered Nurse - 1 Certified Medical Assistant Participation in STS database Practice breakdown: - 40% Cardiac - 30% TAVR - 15% Vascular - 15% Thoracic Required Qualifications Completion of an accredited surgery residency program Board Certified/Board Eligible Experience in: - Robotic Thoracic Surgery - TAVR - Complex Mitral Valve Repair - Aortic Arch Reconstruction - Esophageal Cancer Surgery Why This Opportunity?
