Physician Heart and Lung Procurement Surgeon Grand Rapids, MIOpportunity Highlights Established Transplant Program: Since its inception in 2010, the Heart and Lung Transplant program has completed 225 heart transplants, 370 lung transplants, and 529 durable LVADs. Leading Surgical Program in Michigan: Home to Michigans largest open-heart surgery program, performing over 1,600 open-heart surgeries, 400 TAVRs, and 120 ECMO procedures annually.
